Refunds for advertising are issued at our discretion and only in cases of service failure on our part. Listings and coupons must comply with all applicable laws and may not contain misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

5. Claiming a Business Listing

If you claim a business listing, you must be authorized to represent that business. We may request proof of ownership or authorization. Providing false or misleading information during the claim process may result in immediate removal of your access and listing.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: scraping or automated data collection, attempting to disrupt service, submitting false information, impersonating another person or business, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in termination of access without notice.
